About
Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Canterbury in 2003.
She began working in a Christchurch law firm in 2004, before moving to Melbourne in 2006, then to London returning to Christchurch in 2010.
Rebecca joined Harmans in 2026 as a partner in the Private Client team, with a focus on Trusts and Estate law.
She also has considerable experience in the area of Commercial law, including property, leasing, business, and company matters.
Rebecca enjoys working alongside clients assisting them with their succession and asset planning. She advises clients on trust formations and variations, attends on trust administration, gifting, wind-ups and related matters. She is experienced in dealing with complex estates, and takes a people focused approach in all that she does.
