Olivia Kemp

Olivia joined the Harmans team in June 2024. She graduated from the Ōtākou Whakaihu Waka | University of Otago with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Classical Studies, minoring in Criminology) in 2022. Shortly after this Olivia moved back to her hometown of Ōtautahi | Christchurch, and gained valuable experience at another law firm. She was admitted in September 2023.

Olivia is a member of our busy Family Law team, who specialise in:

• relationship property and spousal maintenance disputes.
• the protection of assets prior to a relationship.
• the division of assets upon separation including personally owned assets, companies and trusts.
• care of children, guardianship and family violence disputes.

Olivia is a member of the Canterbury Women’s Legal Association and is committed to keeping up to date with issues impacting women, particularly in the legal industry.
