About

Born and raised in Christchurch, in 1998 Daniel graduated with a double degree in Law and History from the University of Canterbury and was admitted to the Bar the same year.

Daniel initially practised criminal and immigration law before selection in 2001 to train as an Intelligence Officer with the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS).

Following his departure from the NZSIS in 2007, Daniel returned to private practice gaining significant experience across business and commercial, property and private client matters.

With a diverse client base, he provides advice to property developers, property investors, commercial landlords and tenants, small to medium business owners and those looking to buy their first home or simply prepare a Will.

Daniel is known for his practical, commercially focused advice and his ability to build strong long term relationships with clients, helping them to navigate both opportunities and challenges with confidence.

​Outside of work, Daniel has an interest in all things music, carries on training in Karate and is a keen surfer.
