Amy Campbell

Amy graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) in 2015 and was admitted in 2016. Amy joined Harmans as an Associate in November 2024, after gaining valuable experience working at a law firm specialising in family law.

Amy specialises in:

• relationship property and spousal maintenance disputes.
• the protection of assets prior to a relationship.
• the division of assets upon separation including personally owned assets, companies and trusts.
• care of children, guardianship, Oranga Tamariki and family violence disputes.
• Family Court appointed Lawyer for Child work.
• Level Two Legal Aid Lead Provider.

In April 2023, Amy was appointed a member of the Family Courts Association (Christchurch) Executive Committee. Amy is also a member of the Canterbury Women’s Legal Association.
