You must have 4+ years’ experience in Seniors Law, including wills, trust and estate planning, estate administration, ORAs, EPAs, rest home care and subsidy matters and property ownership, with property law experience. If you have experience in staff management and team leadership that would be great too, but not essential.
As we value strong and long-standing relationships with our senior clients, you will also have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to display empathy and patience.
You must have a desire and drive to build a practice of your own within our firm. We can offer you marketing resources to help you achieve this.
There is also opportunity for career advancement for the right candidate.
Does this sound like you?
You will work with autonomy, but also in conjunction with one partner who has a diverse legal practice, one other lawyer and a legal secretary.
