We have a full-time position available for an experienced legal secretary / legal assistant in our busy Commercial and Property Law Team.
The Role
The role will involve:
- Assisting with conveyancing and business transaction files
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Opening files and undertaking AML verification
- Liaising with clients
- Assisting with billing and invoicing
- Diary/calendar management
- Other administrative tasks as required to support the legal team
About you
Applicants should have the following attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be highly organised and able to cope with multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Show initiative and have a strong work ethic.
- Take pride in the presentation of their work.
- Demonstrate strong Microsoft Word and Outlook skills, with a high level of accuracy.
- Be familiar with legal practice management systems.
- Experience in conveyancing is preferred.
