We have a full-time position available for an experienced legal secretary / legal assistant in our busy Commercial and Property Law Team.

The Role

The role will involve:

  • Assisting with conveyancing and business transaction files
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Opening files and undertaking AML verification
  • Liaising with clients
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing
  • Diary/calendar management
  • Other administrative tasks as required to support the legal team

About you

Applicants should have the following attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be highly organised and able to cope with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Show initiative and have a strong work ethic.
  • Take pride in the presentation of their work.
  • Demonstrate strong Microsoft Word and Outlook skills, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Be familiar with legal practice management systems.
  • Experience in conveyancing is preferred.
