An exciting opportunity to join our Litigation team

 A full-time position is available for a Legal Secretary / Personal Assistant to become part of our high performing Litigation team, assisting two partners and five lawyers and working alongside a qualified Legal Executive.

About you

You will be a confident and proactive individual who uses initiative and can quickly pick up new tasks. This role involves providing general administrative support, including preparing bills and statements, photocopying and scanning, dictation transcription, copy-typing, and document preparation.

You will bring:

  • A friendly, organised and professional approach with a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • A high level of pride in the presentation of your work, with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work as part of a team, with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and Zoom.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience as a legal secretary or a similar role (advantageous but not essential for the right candidate).
