Employment Relations Amendment Act 2026 The Employment Relations Amendment Act 2026 came into effect on Saturday, 21 February 2026. It marks a major legislative overhaul of New Zealand’s employment law and is intended to provide greater clarity around contracting, refining the personal grievance process, and easing compliance burdens on employers.

Limited Driver Licence New Zealand has one of the highest rates of car ownership in the world. Many people rely on their cars to get to work, support family, or manage daily life.

Summer Clerk Programme We take great pride in our Summer Clerk Programme with a number of prior summer clerks now occupying permanent roles within the firm at levels ranging from graduate lawyer to partner.
