An exciting opportunity to join our Administration team

A part-time position (25 hours) is available for an experienced, highly professional Senior Receptionist to become part of our team.  This is a key front-of-house role and an opportunity to be the face of our firm, providing exceptional service to clients and visitors while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

About you

You will be a confident and proactive individual who uses initiative, takes pride in your work, and enjoys working in a professional environment. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting our wider team.

This role involves a variety of reception and administrative duties, including managing incoming calls and enquiries, welcoming clients and visitors, coordinating meeting rooms, handling mail and couriers, and providing administrative support across the firm.

You will bring:

  • A friendly, organised and professional approach with a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Previous experience working in a professional services environment (legal experience preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and Zoom.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A reliable and proactive approach.
