We have a rare opportunity for a 3-5 year lawyer to join our successful Family Law Team

A new full-time position will be available from June 2026 in our Family Law team for an ambitious 3-5 year (approx.) lawyer who is wanting to specialise in Family Law. You will be practising in all areas of Family Law, including relationship and trust property matters, care of children disputes, family violence matters and other disputes involving the Family Court – both on a legal aid and private client basis. This is an opportunity to work in a busy, dedicated, and fun team comprising 3 Partners, an Associate, 3 staff solicitors and 3 Legal Assistants who provide a supportive working environment.

About you

As we value strong relationships with our clients, you will possess exceptional technical and interpersonal skills with a desire to build a Family Law practice.

Ideally you will have some experience running a defended hearing and be a lead legal aid provider.
