An exciting opportunity to lead our busy Trusts team

A full-time position is available for a Senior Associate or Associate level lawyer to lead, grow and manage our busy Trusts team, as well as complete some Estates work alongside our very experienced existing Estates team.

About you

You must have sound knowledge and experience in trust law, including the establishment, administration, reporting and winding up of trusts, as well as estate administration, estate planning and other asset protection matters.  Property law experience would also be advantageous for this role.  This role will have a leadership aspect to it, so staff management skills will be essential.

As we value strong relationships with our clients, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills.  You will also be ambitious, enjoy these fields of law, and demonstrate a desire and drive to build a practice of their own within the firm.   There will be opportunity for career advancement for the right candidate.
