Would you like to join of our high performing and well-regarded Family Law team to assist three partners and four lawyers, working alongside a qualified legal executive and legal secretary?

 

We are seeking a confident, proactive individual who can take initiative and pick up new tasks quickly. The role involves providing administrative support, including dictation transcription, copy-typing and document preparation.

 

About you

 

Applicants should have the following attributes:

 

  • Take pride in the quality and presentation of their work, with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Bring flexibility and a willingness to work as part of a team, with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and Zoom.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Have experience using a legal practice management system, ideally InfinityLaw or LEAP.
  • Experience as a legal secretary in a Family Law team would be advantageous.
