We are seeking a driven and talented lawyer with 4 – 7 years PQE to join our busy Commercial and Property Law team, primarily working for Partner Mark Sherry. Mark is the current Chair of the NZLS Property Law Section and a leader in the field of Property Law.
In this role you will have the support of a legal assistant and be provided with partner supervision. You will be expected to provide mentorship to our junior lawyers. There will be genuine career advancement opportunities for the right individual.
About you
We value the strong relationships we have with our clients, so you must have exceptional technical, drafting and interpersonal skills with a desire to maintain these relationships. You will need to have a drive to build a client base of your own, be a self-starter, commercially minded and have the ability to work autonomously.

- Residential and commercial conveyancing
- Subdivisions
- Business sales & purchases
- Commercial leasing
- Commercial contracts
- Shareholder agreements
- Franchising
- Trust & estate planning matters
