We are looking for our next legal secretary superstar in our busy Commercial and Property Law Team.

You will be supporting one partner and a wider team of lawyers who are passionate about providing great service and outcomes for their clients.

The Role

The role will involve:

  • Assisting with conveyancing and business transaction files
  • Preparing legal documents, reports and statements
  • Formatting documents
  • Opening files and undertaking AML verification
  • Liaising with clients
  • Administering monthly billing processes
  • Diary/calendar management
  • A wide range of administration and PA duties as required

About you

Applicants should have the following attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be highly organised and able to cope with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Show a lot of initiative and have a strong work ethic.
  • Take pride in the presentation of their work.
  • Demonstrate strong Microsoft Word and Outlook skills, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Be familiar with legal practice management systems.
  • Want to grow and settle into this key role for the long term.
  • Experience in Commercial and Property law would be advantageous.
